For those who've followed the National Football League for a while, you already know that Jackson is returning to where he started, as he was drafted by the Eagles and played for them from 2008 through 2013.

DeSean Jackson will return to the Philadelphia Eagles in a trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo. After finding out that going where the highest paycheck is, isn't exactly the recipe for winning championships, Jackson made a decision to take a different route. It's reportedly a three-year deal worth $10 million a year.

Jackson was drafted by the Eagles, and played for the team from 2008-13, before departing for the division rival Redskins.

The report noted a trade is favored, though some teams believe Jackson will be released instead.

The Philadelphia Eagles are key players in free agency.

In his first unofficially game as an Eagles receiver, while wearing the No. 84 we must point out, Jackson racked up 12 catches from Wentz for 177 yards and three touchdowns in his EA Sports debut.

In two seasons, Jackson never fulfilled his promise with the Bucs because of his inability to get on the same page with quarterback Jameis Winston.
