The Kettle Creek Conservation Authority (KCCA) says flooding has been observed in some low-lying areas and officials are monitoring an ice jam north of Port Stanley.

A winter weather advisory goes into effect 1 a.m. Wednesday and will last through the morning commute. Heavy freezing rain starts the week, followed by a quick blast of snow midweek, and then blowing snow and cold brings it to an end.
