Chelsea's Michy Batshuayi pushing for Tottenham loan

Everton are attempting to sign Michy Batshuayi on a permanent deal from Chelsea, with the Belgium striker expected to cost around £35m.

West Ham forward Perez is rumoured to be keen on a move to Spanish side Real Betis while Chelsea outcast Batshuayi is looking for new suitors after turning down the Hammers.

But the Belgium global has often been used as a substitute in that time, playing second fiddle to Diego Costa for most of his time at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea would rather sell Batshuayi to Everton, who are interested in him but can not take another Blues player on loan because Kurt Zouma is already on loan at Goodison Park.

Everton were also interested in the Belgium global but have been scared off by the asking price, while West Ham have failed in their attempts over a loan deal.

And it's understood West Ham are close to offering Batshuayi an escape route after suffering a number of injuries in attack.

Batshuayi has been on loan at Valencia for the first half of the season, but after only managing 3 goals in 23 appearances for the club, is rumoured to be on his way back to Stamford Bridge early.

While Chelsea appear happy to sell Batshuayi this month, they are unlikely to approve of a deal that would see him join their local rivals.

Meanwhile, Chelsea announced they have sent winger Lucas Piazon on loan to Serie A struggler Chievo Verona, with the Italian club having the option to buy him at the end of the season.

"But the main development with Michy Batshuayi is that it looks like he's going to go out on loan again".
