If Lamar felt like he got snubbed a year ago, then he'll feel better about the 2019 Grammys, as he earned more nominations than anybody else, with eight total. "All The Stars", his song with SZA, got nods for Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Song Written For Visual Media, and Best Rap/Sung Performance.

Other women nominated this year have multiple roles on their own albums.

Following Lamar, Drake - the year's most successful artist - earned seven nominations.

Meanwhile, Canadian rapper Drake follows closely behind with seven nominations, including song of the year for God's Plan.

Cardi B, Gaga, H.E.R., Morris, Gambino, producer Sounwave and engineer Mike Bozzi scored five nominations each.

- Best urban contemporary album: "Everything Is Love", The Carters (Beyonce and Jay-Z); "The Kids Are Alright", Chloe x Halle; "Chris Dave and the Drumhedz", Chris Dave And The Drumhedz; "War & Leisure", Miguel; "Ventriloquism", Meshell Ndegeocello. Rock band Greta Van Fleet and country singer Luke Combs also earned nominations.
