The Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday night's drawing is now $1.6 billion, and the Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night's drawing is $620 million.

Saturday's Powerball numbers are: 16-54-57-62-69 and Powerball: 23.

The previous largest single jackpot of $758.7 million was won last year by Mavis Wanczyk, a 53-year-old mother of two from MA.

The $1.6 billion estimated jackpot would be the largest prize in USA history.

Its jackpot rose on Friday to £360 million ($470m) from £329 million ($430m), with a lump sum value of £205 million ($268.6m).
