The former Villanova guard has been outstanding for Los Angeles, averaging 24.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.5 steals in six games. Hart is likely a lock for Summer League MVP regardless of the outcome of the championship game. Last summer, Hart's teammate Lonzo Ball was named the MVP after leading the Lakers to the summer league championship.

Hart is the second Laker in a row to win the award, previous year Lonzo Ball won it in leading the Lakers to a Summer League crown.

Following him signing his four-year, many Lakers fans are now desperate to see what the four-time MVP victor will look like in a Lakers jersey.

It's not a surprise that Hart got this honor, as he's clearly been one of the premier players out at Summer League.

Hart averaged 7.9 points and 4.2 rebounds in 23.2 minutes per game across 63 appearances (23 starts) as a rookie, shooting 39.6 percent from 3-point range. We talked about the roster. Let's just say that reality did not disappoint.
