Release Date Announced For New Spiderman Game

Insomniac Games and PlayStation has today announced that Spider-Man is releasing on September 7th.

You have option to pre-order the game at PlayStation Store or from a retailer online or near you. The pre-order bonuses include three outfits, a Spider Drone Gadget, a Spider-Man PSN Avatar, Theme and 5 extra skill points. The game's post-launch DLC will come in the form of a three-part campaign called Marvel's Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps and includes new villains. For $150, gamers can acquire the Collector's Edition of Spider-Man. Wood also exhibited that the superhero is donning a new costume specifically designed by Insomniac Games.

Then there's the Collector's Edition, a $149.99 collection that features all the Digital Deluxe goodness, plus a Steelbook case, art book, and Spider-Man statue.
